So look into techniques such as earthing and grounding. The former is very easy and simply requires you to take off your shoes and stand barefoot on grass, or sand or rock. Fifteen minutes as often as you can.
Grounding is a meditation where you relax and visualize roots growing from your body down into the earth. Imagine an energy exchange where your volatile, hard to control energy is replaced by slower earth energy. Do it as often and for as long as you can manage.
