You are experiencing 'forebodings', the premonition of, as you say, something bad. However, you need to think about these things that have happened in the past and perhaps redefine them. Not everything we perceive as negative actually is... often we have become better people as a result of overcoming challenges. Keep a journal of your feelings and the subsequent bad stuff. Revisit previous journal entries regularly so that you become aware of patterns. Do your best to see positives in the apparent negatives.
