Firstly you really do need to rule out any mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and stress. Then you need to stop working on your chakras because sometimes that kind of meditation can be harmful. Instead focus on calming your mind and relaxing your body. I also recommend you begin to keep a journal of all your experiences, but do it in a calm and non-emotional way. See if you can spot any patterns, such as the things you describe happening in certain places, around certain people, when you are in a certain mood. All that sort of thing.
Regularly go back and revisit your journal entries; leave space for updates. So when you get information about future events, go back and update the entry with what did happen. Be as objective as you can. In this way, you will begin to be able to control your reactions.
