How to Dress Like a Libra
When I think of Libra fashion, I think of chic clothes with ruffles, lace, charming patterns, and a hint of chaos. As an air sign, Libra embraces colors. Air signs are like birds who are tetrachromats—they see in four cones of color—whereas humans are trichromats, who see only in three cones of color. Each new cone allows you to see exponentially more colors.
In a nutshell: Libras should look approachable, friendly, creative, and excitable. Libra attempts to balance many things into one whole. They like symmetry and evenness—so forget one-strap dresses. Keep in mind Libra's symbol is the scales.

Libra's power color is pink. For men who feel uncomfortable in pink, you may want to try a salmon shade or a pink that's almost orange. Libra, even though it's a more yang-based sign, doesn't like to wear colors that are intimidating, like red and black.
Libra seeks balance, so they blend together yin and yang. All air and fire signs are yang-based, but each sign represents yang in a different way. For instance, Aries is heavily dominated by yang and Aquarius can't resist bright colors. Libra slides more to the middle of the yin-yang spectrum. This means Libra can play with a lot more color options as well as shapes and patterns.
Colors you would associate with children's cartoons are fairly on point for Libra. Pink is their calling card, but they can also pull off purple, teal, yellow, orange, and green. Fall colors are appropriate for this sign, and if you really study fall, you'll find there is an abundance of colors that occur during the season.
Libra's color palette might look like the cartoons My Little Pony or Rainbow Brite. Libra contrasts from their neighbors Virgo and Scorpio. Libra isn't into neutrals and despises a lack of saturation, so they shouldn't look anything like a Virgo. Libra also isn't into black and serious clothing like the fixed sign of fall, Scorpio. Libra is colorful, whimsical, and friendly.
The elements have the following color associations:

Libra's favorite shape is the heart. If you're a Libra or you're wanting to dress like a Libra, look for patterns that combine principles of both yin and yang. Hearts will do the trick: the "v" shape at the bottom is yang-like, and the curvy "m" is yin-like.
Added bonus: Libra is ruled by Venus, the planet of love. Symbols that have to do with love, romance, and the like are all acceptable for Libra attire. This includes flowers, swans, diamonds, angels, and ice cream.

Libra needs patterns that embrace positive feelings, so avoid things that look hateful or rebellious. Libra will look funky and like they don't really know themselves if they wear skulls, dragons, fire, swords, and shirts with rude sayings. You're not projecting a Libra vibe if you go the route of doom and gloom.
Libra is one of the few signs where I'd say it's a good idea to mix metals and different jewelry styles. Libra can wear alloy metals or pieces that mix different materials.
I think small delicate pieces in gold with animal charms are very in vogue for Libra. If it shines, it probably makes sense for this sign. Wear lots of jewelry all at once from necklaces, earrings, to bracelets. Libra is supposed to be a charming sign, so they should wear lots of literal charms.
Your jewelry should be cutesy and elegant, not intimidating and sexy. Libra wants to look bold but not like Scorpio.
Again, heart shapes are part of Libra's aesthetics. You can easily find heart-shaped jewelry. Mismatched earrings will work in your favor. Variety is a good thing, so you can wear things like teddy bear earrings, a necklace with a miniature castle, and butterfly-shaped rings. Your jewelry should invite happy conversations.
What to Wear
Pink, green, teal, blue, purple, gold, silver, orange, white, yellow, magenta, peach
Red, black, anything intimidating
Opal is your birthstone. Look for exciting jewelry in unusual colors like rainbow moonstone, aquamarine, and Lapis Lazuli
Avoid charms like skulls and dragons
Pink lipstick, colorful eyeshadow, anything that shimmers, pink blush.
Avoid dark makeup
Braids, fun colors, even cuts, waves and curls for whimsy
Nothing intimidating: no mohawks, no extreme hair colors, no asymmetry
Midriff shirts, vests, colorful tops, fun and friendly patterns, anything that makes the belly look good, big comfy sweaters
Plunging necklines, scandalous designs, rude t-shirts, plain items
Jeans with creative designs, colorful pants in different materials, pants that hug the hips
Pants that go up too high, leather, pants with a lot of holes, scandalous designs
Anything with cute animals on it, sundresses, hourglass fit, halter, bouffant, empire waist
Cleavage heavy dresses, asymmetrical, black, strapless, plunging neckline
Anything colorful and cute, ballet flats, saddle shoes, pink sneakers, ankle boots, kitten heels
Stilettos, crocs, anything sharp
Libra's hair should look fun, carefree, and at times elegant. Add curls or accentuate your natural curls for some whimsy and creativity. Libra is the queen of braids and fun designs. Lovely mermaid-like hair colors are a plus: light pink, light purple, teal, and blonde. Fall colors also suit Libra's hair.
Libra should opt for cute hats from wide-brimmed ones with ribbons to bright colored beanies. Libra's hair should be pretty and sweet, and occasionally wild... like you haven't had a shower in a week. Libra can have serious bedhead.
Dirty hair is definitely a thing for Libra. Don't worry about trying to get extra volume. Libra is more about whimsy than displaying their hair with intensity, like Leo.
Since Libra's power color is pink, you should have a makeup drawer full of pink lipsticks, eyeshadows, and blushes. Don't go too dark! Libra should have a light pink hue that's agreeable and makes you look approachable. You may want to opt for brown mascara and eyeliner, but it's okay to go with black here. Fake eyelashes will make you look more flirty and adorable.
Pink lipsticks that lean a little more blue than red are perfect. Play with eyeshadows in different colors: blue, white, green, purple, yellow, and pink. Avoid neutral-looking makeup like beige. Glitter eyeshadow makes sense for you, especially in gold or copper tones. Silver eyeshadow that sparkles reminds me more of Cancer.
Apply pink blush to the apples of your cheeks. Don't overdo makeup to where you look like a stage performer. Your makeup is lovely and sweet, not dramatic and frightening.
Libra rules the belly, so you want clothes that don't suffocate your stomach. If you can rock a shirt with a midriff, go for it. Pants shouldn't go all the way up to your belly button. Preferably, your pants will rest at your hips.
Wear cardigans and vests in contrasting colors from your shirt to accent your midsection. Look for items that promote symmetry.
Avoid one-strap shirts. Your clothes should be evenly designed. Also, avoid shirts with plunging necklines. Taurus through Virgo are more about v-necks and lower necklines. Libra is more about the midriff. Cute features are a plus like ruffles, buttons, ribbons, zippers, and pockets.
Ideally, you want to wear shirts that cover your collarbone. Layers are a great idea because you can add more colors and use contrasts to bring attention to different parts of your body.
Look for clothes in pretty colors. Go for saturation, not black-and-white.
Your jean collection should be interesting. Buy jeans with fun and funky patterns in different styles. You should have skinny jeans and bellbottoms. Flares are perfect for you. Don't buy pants that pull up too high. If you're going above the belly button, that's way too high.
Buy pants and shorts in different materials and colors. Libra can rock a variety of textures, but avoid things like leather or fur.
Libra should look for dresses that are happy and pattern-oriented. You're the kings and queens of chic. Avoid anything scandalous or that tries to push boundaries. Black isn't your thing, nor is something that's too short or has a plunging neckline.
Bouffant is perfect because it's bouncy and exciting. You always want your clothes to have symmetry, so avoid uneven lengths or an odd number of straps. Dresses that promote an hourglass figure are perfect. Any dress that focuses on the waistline is prime Libra attire. You don't want a dress that gives you a ruler figure. You could rock a peplum fit.
Libra should opt for shoes that promote friendly and cute vibes. This includes ballet flats, Mary Janes, saddle shoes, pink sneakers, and kitten heels. Rounded shoes look friendlier than square ones. Don't go for mega heels or something that looks like it might break you back.
Also, avoid shoes that look ugly and over-promote comfort. Crocs aren't your thing. You're trying to dress up more like a doll than someone who needs to make a quick run to the grocery store.
Stilletoes look too dangerous, boots are best if they stop at the ankles and don't go up to your thighs, rain boots are adorable. Heels are fine, just don't go berserk with height or lots of straps.
To get the right Libra vibe, your shoes should signal that you're sweet, fun, friendly, and creative.
