Capricorn Moon Sign Emotions
Capricorn Rules Time
Capricorn Moon Sign People
There is one person in your circle who keeps everything organized. She or he buys the tickets for all the important events. They make the phone calls to see how many are coming out for dinner, and make the reservation. Your Capricorn moon sign friend starts going online in January to get ideas for which vacation condo you will all share on the summer vacation you take together. You can always count on them, because Capricorn moon sign people are so reliable.
Capricorn moon sign people are quiet and somewhat reserved. This is a person that likes to stay in the background, yet somehow manages to end up in the public eye anyway. They are normally prominent and well respected members of the community, because they are hard workers and get behind causes they believe in. But they do it quietly and calmly. These aren’t the ones who have protest marches or cross picket lines. Capricorn moon sign people want to sit down and discuss the issues, then agree on several of the best ways to resolve the problems. They want everyone to come to a consensus; other people’s opinions do matter to them. These negotiations take place in a meeting room without a lot of fanfare.
Capricorn is a cardinal sign of leadership, so these are the people who are the power behind the scenes. Capricorn moon sign people have the ability to get people who normally keep to themselves involved in worthwhile projects. They are very responsible, and so can talk others into doing a fair share of the work for a meaningful cause. Organization is their middle name, and they work hard to make their homes and work areas clutter free.
Conservative, but Secretly Very Romantic
Capricorn moon souls are really much more emotional than they appear. A person who really craves security and approval lurks behind that tough image they project. These are traditional and conservative people. They have the same loyal group of friends that have been around for years. Even though they are serious, they possess a dry sense of humor which comes off as hilarious, since it is so unexpected coming from this seemingly somber person.
Capricorn moon sign people want to get married rather than live together. If they care about you that much, they want to make the relationship permanent, so they can plan for the future. Capricorns are always prepared for the future, as forethought is a big part of who they are. They want to have engagement parties, weddings, baby showers. Capricorn moons secretly love all that traditional stuff. They are very emotional, but Capricorn is an Earth sign, so they are affectionate, but they show it more in private. Even when they are beginning to fall in love, the presents they give will be practical.
As time progresses, you’ll have to leave ads and pictures of gifts you would like around the house. They are quick on the uptake. Capricorn moon sign people in love will give their fiancé four new tires for their car for Valentine’s Day----well, it will be after the engagement ring. I know it’s not the most romantic thing. But they want you to be safe. Nothing says “love” like new tires! Who else loves you enough to want you to be safe, besides your parents? Capricorn moons and suns give off a fatherly kind of vibe, since Saturn, old Father Time, is the ruler of the sign. Capricorns worry about time, and love watches and funky clocks, if you need gift ideas. They are also very efficient when they set about a task, and want to get it done in such a way that no time is wasted.
Capricorns are Romantic, But in Private
Takes Care of Business/Unexpected Humorous Side
All Capricorn moon sign people have a good head for business. They are accountants, bankers, Chief Executive Officers, business owners, real estate agents, and financial advisers. Their leadership and organizational abilities just lend themselves to these careers. The women do just as well as the men. Most Capricorn moons have an inner circle of people whom they trust with anything. They accept them as family, much as their opposite sign Cancer does.
They are cautious people who want to know the facts before they jump into anything. But since they are a cardinal, leadership sign, they are not averse to taking a chance if it's a calculated risk. Capricorn moons are patient and responsible. They do not judge other people, realizing that everyone has faults. They really do have a sensitive side, and you are a lucky person if you are the recipient of this warm attention.
Capricorn moon sign people are very goal oriented, but will work extremely hard and plan well to make these goals turn into reality. The ambitious side of Capricorn is well symbolized by the goat standing on top of the highest mountain of achievement. They make great parents, always having time for the children while they are young. It is important to Capricorn parents to teach their children to be self-reliant. They will share some stories about their own teen and young adult years when their kids are grown, but only if something can be learned from it.
Capricorn moon sign people like nice material things, but do not go overboard with these desires. The practical part of their nature always wins out. They do want to live in comfort though, so the house will always have nice and practical furniture. It will be the type of place where you feel like you can relax and be yourself. Capricorn moons like to host parties and love to pamper their friends. They serve only the best food and liquor. And every now and then the whimsical side of their humor comes out. Be sure to make the most of it!
Must Work Harder to Achieve what Comes Easily to Others
Capricorn people often have hard lives. It really seems that they work harder and face more obstacles than most people in order to achieve something that another person can with much less effort. They will still achieve their goals, but always must push harder than anyone else. Perhaps this is because Capricorn is the sign opposing Cancer, the emotional moon sign who charms people to get what they want. Capricorns are much more caring than they appear, but have a tougher exterior, due to all the hardships they have faced.
I have a Capricorn moon myself, and was born with scoliosis, a spinal curvature that has caused me problems all my life. I wore casts and braces to school, and was teased. Even when in good health, it seemed good to me if I could complete a work week and only call out sick one day monthly. Many of my superiors did not quite see it that way. So I felt that although I always tried so hard, I was being punished while doing my best to live a normal life which was complicated. My life is good, just things do not come to me easily. I appreciate what I do have, and make the most of the days when I feel exceptionally well. It took age and maturity for me to be able to prioritize my life, but I did.
Once again since opposing Cancer, people with Capricorn moons have difficulties in getting along with their mothers. It does not mean they love them any less. The Capricorn moon vibe is a responsible one, and may result in a situation where a mother gets too needy for her teen or young adult children, when they already have much on their plates. This is a scenario where boundaries will have to be set up. The family is important, but you cannot be on the phone listening to Mom's problems when helping your kindergarten child learn to print the alphabet. Try to help her find new activities or clubs to join, so she can find some friends her own age. That way she will be happier and busier, and you will have less of a dilemma on your hands.

I am a Gemini Sun, Capricorn Moon with a Cancer Rising & I am struggling emotionally as I get older. Any thoughts of how to balance out? You mentioned Cancer and Capricorn are opposed, can that be the struggle?Helpful 16
I'm a Pisces sun and Capricorn moon. What is the best career suited for me?
It would help if I knew which of the 12 houses the Sun and Moon were in, as they tell me the things most meaningful to you.
You are creative and restless with your Pisces Sun. You like people and have much empathy, so I can see you in a field where you nurture others in a medical or mental health way. You will make a fine counselor or creative consultant if you enjoy using your creative talents.
The Capricorn Moon means you are sensible and like order, also being in charge so that you could start a business (maybe in the hospitality industry)? And be the overseer of the whole place. You are good with figures so accounting or insurance, being a financial adviser, or a stockbroker may interest you. It's a toss-up between your creative urges and the ones to lead the way for others. You have a strong drive to succeed, and with your Moon sign would rather be the person behind the scenes. I like art or creative activities for you. There's a close relationship between math and art, and this combo can make good use of that.Helpful 1
I am a Taurus sun, Capricorn moon, and Aquarius rising. I seemed to have come to a stopping point in my life at 60 years of age due to an escalation in issues with a rare genetic disease that I have suffered with all my life. I have always been a hard worker, very generous, active, and creative. Now I am wallowing in pain and depression. How do I kick start my life again?
I'm sorry you are suffering right now and wish the best for you. This is actually a little different, though I will interpret the Trinity.
Saturn takes 30 years to go through all the planets, so when we are ages 27-30, 57-60, or 90+, we go through something called a Saturn Return. Saturn is the karmic teacher, and it's here to teach us lessons, normally ones we don't really like, or painful ones. I learned they can be good lessons, too, but in all my years find they are mostly hard.
So I think what's happening is that you are at the end of your 2nd Saturn return, and this is what it's teaching you to deal with, for reasons that can still be positive. I have an article on Saturn Returns: https://hubpages.com/astrology/Astrological-Saturn...
But with your Taurus Sun, you are a kind and gentle person who never says no when it comes to helping others. You love the outdoors and are very creative. Also a bit stubborn, but not in an annoying way. You just gently don't do what you don't want to do. The Capricorn Moon is about your emotions, and you hold them in a little bit, or don't show them much unless it's privately. But they are strong emotions. You are hardworking and ambitious, and I can see you have dealt well with responsibility. This will help you get through this rough patch; you are strong. Taurus and Capricorn both are strong family loving signs and you are devoted, and family will help you too. Aquarius Rising means you seem more outgoing and liberal when people don't know you, and later they see you are so family and work oriented. But this helps your creativity. Aquarius and Taurus are fixed signs, and so that tenacity will be a big aid in helping you through the escalation of this disease. Even the strongest of us get depressed when faced with such a tough thing, but if it can escalate, it can go into remission too, and that stubborn part of you can beat it back.
I don't know how this affects you physically, but try meditation if you can. It helps you to learn to control your thoughts, and that's part of any battle. It takes practice and there are many kinds of meditation, but religion doesn't matter in most types. It can clear your mind and make you feel more in control--mind over matter, right? Meditation is a way to open any doors because our minds are so powerful. You can even get an app for your phone for free called Buddhify; it has short, guided meditations other people read and you just listen to while blocking your thoughts. I prefer quiet meditations, but it can give you the basic idea.
I hope this helps; know suffering for so long has to have made you strong. That strength is still there; it's just waiting to come back. Also, if you feel up to any of your creative activities or are able to start a new one to keep your mind off how you feel, that could help too. I wish you the very best.
