How Scorpio and Pisces Can Get Along in Relationships

Updated on July 12, 2016

Two Different Water Signs

The Scorpion and the Fish

Pisces is Water and Mutable. Scorpio is Water and Fixed. Oceanic forces run through and over these two water signs. Pluto and Neptune are the guiding planets. If people would ask, “Is there a difference between Scorpio and Pisces?” The answer would be in the affirmative. They are water signs, but they are indeed strongly different.

Again, we are assuming there is strong attraction working with these two and they are contemplating hoping they can work out their relationship with great success. So when you look at how they differ, you look at the potential harmonies and possible lessons. When you look at what they share in common, you see how and why they can be so harmonic.

Pisces’ all embracing kind of harmony with the deep inner world of the psyche and the subconscious, allows them an inside look and feeling for the complex Scorpion. This understanding combined with the Piscean mellowness and sweet kind of melancholy is very inviting to the Scorpion. The Scorpion will be able to relax. Pisces is an easy socializer. Not some party animal, but the person sitting over there with an inviting smile and a sense that all is OK.

Pisces can give Scorpio a real engaging friend, as well as a romantic partner. Scorpio can give Pisces a sense of stability; a friend that is such a standard of strength that the Pisces does not need to fall into that foreboding sense that a vague depression is coming on.

The question that they might ask each other is whether Pisces would tire of Scorpion preoccupation with suspicion and potential enemies. Pisces knows that feeling, but those feelings tend to go away the next morning, or after their mood changes. A Pisces regularly living with a Scorpio might find that the feelings they reveal are too heavy for the Pisces to ponder every day. That brings up a very positive aspect to this union.

Scorpio does not like to disclose everything. Pisces is not preoccupied with having everything revealed to them. There are enough creatures swimming in their heads. Extra “little demons” to follow in their consciousness is not something that they would relish. So, in effect, the tidal flow of emotional and psychic energy both assists the Scorpio in being understood, and also alleviates the condition of having to explain too much about their internal workings.

Pisces, a veteran soul of psychic life, can both nod in silent acceptance and also be unphased by personal psychic happenings. Meanwhile, their attraction to each other gives the Pisces a solid feeling of security and safeness that they do not often have in their lives.

Positive Postulate

Pisces can cover a breadth of emotional states in their own world, and also see with the completeness of a psychic into others minds and hearts. Scorpio admires this quality, and at the same time sees that Pisces tends to be very low on the arrogance thermometer. Their gentleness and humanness turns the two of them into charming company for themselves and their church friends or party mates, or business companions. Scorpio gets a mask and a cloak to wear, all very acceptable cover for the intensity within.

Romance Recommendation

Romance, being where the heart and the body join, Pisces and Scorpio are in good company. Sensitivity is the challenging theme for Scorpio; and the Pisces is a wonderful partner to achieve this sensitivity and union with. If chemicals can be avoided and deep dark mood nullified, this can be wonderful for both of them.

Conflict Quotient

Conflict with these two would hopefully be constructive, positive and searching for good solutions. Rancor or sarcasm or accusation, would quickly lead the partnership into unworkable states of sadness, in which Scorpio might come on too strong; Pisces might get paranoid and hyper vigilant.

Peace Parlay

Life in the end is repetitive and mundane, and so is Romance itself. This factor asks the question: "Can we be bored together over the long term?" As we sometimes say: Boredom would be medicinal for these two. Inner turbulence and psychic unrest can be standard states; thus boredom or being at ease would be prescribed.

Keep Up the Interest Graph

Neptune and Pluto are planets of mystery and harbor visions from worlds that are not universally familiar. The places that these two see nightly in their dreams portend that they will not lack for interest for ideas that see the light of day.

Seven Year Itchiness

There are some signs that by their nature are more stable in their love interests and family concerns as time goes on. Others are not. Infidelity is a kind of treachery to the deeply serious and committed lover. Neither should entertain it as a potential solution to problems they might be having. It is coming closer to each other at the level of heart that provides answers. Separation like this does not assist in healing.

Rating

Astrocompatibility Possibility Rating: 75% Positive Long Term - 70% Short Term.

Upon meeting, a great sense of magic would probably take them. Intelligent and conscious disclosure of their inner natures would help them slowly grow more bound to each other. Speed is not the goal here, thoroughness and truth are. Pisces could make a whole domestic world feel good. Scorpio can move in its inexorable daily way toward greater success.

K1111: Pisces spend too much time dreaming up relationships, jobs, things and situations. This is Pisces downfall. The "Dream" function in a Pisces is to create a structure so that you can be constantly pursuing your "true aspirations of the heart". The problem arises when Pisces spend all their time dreaming. I am not saying that what you feel is not real. Just tell yourself that relationships must be tangible, based upon time and mutual goals and sympathetic emotions. Your "online" guy may be fantastic, but you probably need to make things more real before you invest too much hope. Pisces is very durable because they do meet each new day with their heavenly outlook. Hang in there.

      Blessings!!

Sometimes Pisces gets awash in their tidal pool and does not realize what is going on with their loved ones. You changed Piscarian POV by putting emphasis on that issue. Remember, in order to see differently they have to turn around a bit. Look at the fish, their eyes are placed so that they have to move their heads.

First there was all this attraction and fascination between us, But then after that he started being a contradictory butthole who kept talking about all his exes, among other extremely irritating things. He enjoyed making me jealous, I think. It wasn't until a few weeks ago; I told him I'm still grieving the end of the longest, most serious relationship I've ever been in (with a Gemini man) and I'm still sorta messed up from that (because that's true, he was my first) and I suggested that we break up now because I'm not really supposed to be seeing anybody anyway, in order to move on from that properly, or that's what I've heard. My Pisces friend didn't seem prepared for this. After that this guy did a 180. After that it was like I'm the only girl in the world. I'm still finding subtle little compliments in what he's saying when we're just chatting and hanging. I can really feel the difference. I feel like he no longer looks down his nose at me anymore. Now I think he's somehow replaced that with his puppydog face lol. I swear I think his pupils dilate and his eyebrows do that sad thing and then he sorta smiles whenever he looks at me (and I love that). last week he tells me he likes me a lot and that scared him, which was the reason he was being the dickhead that he was being. I never understood that feeling personally, but I guess that doesn't make It invalid, the movies are always mentioning it anyway. He says I make him 'hate bad things and like good things'. I just thought that was a given, but anyway I'm a different person I suppose. He's said other things like I have a way of softening him up, and that he needs me in his life or else he'll get all depressed again, and I'm always turning him on and stuff, It's weird, just because I asked him if he was willing to end it. Maybe Pisces men are different from the females.

Well, if the Scorpio believes, then it probably is. A Pisces is a good catch as long as they are not ammoral wastrels; they are the wonder of the Zodiac!

sounds just like me and this one guy, though we're on "hiatus.." One thing this article doesn't tell you is the risk of pisces being too preoccupied with pleasing EVERYONE, therefore sometimes struggling to give a scorpio woman the attention she needs which may very well be separate from everyone else's needs. but anyhow, very accurate: one of the more positive traits of our relationship is that I sense no judgement in him. I can say whatever's on my mind and he will always pay more attention to the fact that I am being myself, no matter how weird I might think I am.

it also brings up one of our relationships most negative traits - more often than not, he doesn't know what to say when I put everything on the table and he has even told me that sometimes he just can't reply because I've said all that needs to be said feeling-wise. I've been told by him and some others that I often expect too much from my friends and boyfriends in terms of expression. sucks.
